To our valued customers and community,
As many of you know, the hemp industry is currently facing one of its most significant challenges since the 2018 Farm Bill. Recent federal legislative changes—specifically those tucked into the November 2025 funding package—aim to drastically redefine what constitutes legal hemp, threatening the accessibility of the products you rely on for your wellness and lifestyle.
We know this news is concerning. We want to be clear about where we stand: We are not backing down, and we are not going anywhere.
What’s Happening?
The recently passed legislation (scheduled to take effect in November 2026) seeks to close the so-called "hemp loophole" by:
-
Redefining hemp based on Total THC (including THCA and Delta-8) rather than just Delta-9 THC.
-
Implementing a strict cap of 0.4mg of Total THC per container, which would effectively ban many full-spectrum CBD oils and hemp-derived beverages.
-
Restricting interstate commerce for many hemp-derived products.
While this ban doesn't hit full enforcement for another year, the uncertainty it creates is felt by every grower, processor, and shop owner in our industry—and most importantly, by you, the consumer.
We Are Fighting for You
We believe that safe, lab-tested hemp products are a vital part of modern wellness. That is why we are taking direct action:
-
Lobbying for Change: We are actively talking and working with state and federal legislators to explain the devastating impact this "gut-punch" would have on small businesses and the 300,000+ jobs supported by this $28 billion industry.
-
Supporting Repeal Efforts: We are standing behind bipartisan efforts in Congress (like those led by Senators Wyden and Paul) to replace outright bans with sensible regulation, age gates, and strict safety standards.
-
Ensuring Continued Access: Our mission remains the same: to provide you with high-quality, compliant products. We are already exploring every legal avenue to ensure that even as regulations shift, your favorite wellness tools remain available to you.
How You Can Help
The hemp community is at its strongest when we speak with one voice. Here is how you can support the movement:
-
Stay Informed: We will continue to post updates here as the legislative landscape shifts.
-
Contact Your Representatives: Let your local and federal officials know how hemp products have improved your quality of life.
-
Support Local: By continuing to choose reputable, lab-tested brands, you are helping fund the very advocacy efforts needed to protect this industry.
The Bottom Line
This is a "flashpoint," not the end of the story. History has shown that prohibition rarely solves problems—education and regulation do. We are committed to working around the clock to ensure that the rights of hemp growers, processors, and sellers are protected, and that your right to choose hemp remains intact.
Thank you for being part of our journey and for your continued trust.
